Blogging the Collaborative Piano Scene...from Malta

Yacht Marina; Dockyard Creek, Grand Harbour, MaltaOne of the cool things about collaborative piano is the fact that you can make a living in all sorts of interesting places. Jazzullka is a pianist doing the Malta scene, and her recent stories and observations make for some interesting reading. This time of year, the weather in Malta must be so much nicer than the miserable lack of sunlight and warmth here in Toronto.

Incidentally, Jazzulka will be attending the Music Theater Bavaria program this summer, which she heard about via a previous CPB post.

Thank you for mentioning me in your post. I feel so privileged:)
You are right ,weather has to be better here because today is more than 20 degrees and sunny, not sure how it is in Toronto today.
Yes, piano can bring you to many different places. For me, firstly, it was travelling the world, next Dublin and now I am in Malta where I am hoping to stay longer. I guess it is not easy in the first place to get established in the quite small music community which you can find in Malta. Everybody knows each others and are somehow related and I am still a foreigner but eventually, I can see it is slowly starting to work well for me.
Anyway, thank you again for stopping by my blog and I will definitely keep updating it during my summer experience in Oberaudorf.
    All the best.
