This was just released - over two hours of pure awesomeness by Valentina Lisitsa at her Royal Albert Hall debut, with works by Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, and Scriabin. Unless you want to watch a fair amount of ambient crowd activity, you can fast-forward to the beginning of the concert at the 17-minute mark, with Valentina's remarks prior to starting the performance. Enjoy!
Update 6/26: It looks like Valentina has taken the video off YouTube in advance of the upcoming album release. Guess we'll just have to buy the recording...
Valentina is also releasing this program on the Decca label, although you'll have to wait until July 24 for the CD release (July 26 on iTunes).
